Single Lens 3D-Camera with Extended Depth-of-Field, from Raytrix, to appear in Electronic Imaging 2012. The 3D cameras from Raytrix range from thousands to tens of thousands Euros. Lytro, another company making light-field cameras, sells their cameras as a much lower price ($399). Despite that Lytro does not reconstruct 3D images, it allows refocusing images with its embedded light field engine.
